At the helm of our operations is Justin Honey, a seasoned veteran in the construction industry whose journey began as an educator at Pittsburg State University. Teaching Construction Management for 15 years honed his understanding of the field before he ventured into home building with Remington Homes and eventually with Integrity Custom Homes. Drawing from his experiences working for high-production home builders in St. Louis and Kansas City, Justin’s expertise in custom home construction is unmatched. Joining Justin is Doug Pitts, our meticulous CFO, whose background in manufacturing engineering, he brings a unique perspective to our endeavors. With a career spanning both the defense and aerospace industries, Doug’s attention to detail and financial acumen ensures the smooth operation of Integrity Built Pools. Curtis Lofland
Adding depth to our team is Curtis Lofland, our esteemed COO, whose journey into the construction industry is as diverse as it is rich. Studying education at Oklahoma State University, Curtis initially pursued a different path but found his true calling in construction. Growing up surrounded by the trade, he spent summers working alongside family members in residential construction, honing his skills and cultivating a deep passion for the craft. After college, Curtis briefly explored other avenues, including a stint at a roofing company, before realizing that his heart belonged in home construction. Venturing out on his own, he immersed himself in remodels and custom home builds, garnering invaluable experience along the way.
His expertise eventually led him to a position as an estimator at a commercial construction company, but the allure of building homes proved irresistible. Returning to his roots, Curtis spent four years building homes independently through his own company, Lofland Construction, before joining forces with Justin in 2023.
LDee Murdock
LDee Murdock oversees sales and is a project manager for Integrity Built Pools. With a degree in business from Illinois State University, LDee moved to Joplin to help manage multi-family properties that his family owned. LDee has a background in construction, development, and real estate and holds both a real estate license and a real estate broker’s license. As our adept Project Manager and Sales Manager, LDee’s expertise ensures that every aspect of our projects, from initial consultation to final installation, is managed seamlessly.
